THE VALLEY STAGE STAYS "GREEN"

Thanks for taking the time to consider our proposal for the fifth annual Valley Stage, being held here in Huntington, VT on August 13, 2011.

 

Again, this year we will be providing a forum for businesses and organizations with an underlying green/sustainability mission to bring their message of alternative, responsible lifestyle choices to the attention of those who attend this festival. Our performance stage will be powered by a renewable energy source provided by Green Mountain Power.

 

The food vendors will be using biodegradable utensils. In addition, exhibitors with initiatives to raise awareness about ways to live a more economically viable and ecologically sustainable lifestyle will be present. Along with the Huntington Valley Arts, a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization, we welcome your tax deductible support of this event at any of the following levels:

Advertising for the event will be run in Seven Days, the Times Ink, Folk Times and on WNCS 104.7 (The Point). Community Calendars in newspapers and on radio and TV will announce the event as well.

There will be posters displayed in Chittenden and Addison Counties and road signage leading attendees to the concert. Please print and complete this form and then return it along with a check made out to Huntington Valley Arts to: the Valley Stage, 246 Blackbird Swale, Huntington, VT 05462.
